Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $13.00 - $16.00/hr

Location: Sigourney, IA

Schedule: 1 24-hour shift (Sat 11am – Sun 11am)

Work 1 day, have 6 days off!

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Direct Support Professional in our Residential Services team, you aren't just an employee-you are a mentor and a lifeline. You will support individuals in achieving greater independence and emotional well-being by:

• Fostering Independence: Help clients with daily activities like grocery shopping, cooking, and community involvement.

• Providing Essential Care: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).

• Goal Achievement: Follow Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to help clients reach their personal milestones.

• Community Connection: Transport clients to appointments and local events.

What We're Looking For

We value compassion, reliability, and a heart for service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

• Physical ability to assist with client transfers.

• A positive, flexible attitude.
