Grounds Keeper – Responsibilities:

In this hands-on, onsite position, you'll work outdoors to maintain and improve the property's landscaping. You'll play a key role in creating clean, attractive, and welcoming outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy throughout the seasons.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain assigned grounds daily
• Weed whack, edge, and trim hedges
• Plant and maintain seasonal flowers and greenery
• Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition
• Support overall property appearance and upkeep

 

Grounds Keeper – Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of landscaping or horticulture
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, digging, etc.)
• Good organization and time management skills
• Team player with solid communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
