The Receptionist – Behavioral Health role is responsible for answering the phone, triaging calls, and greeting visitors and clients/patients.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: One year of receptionist, administrative support and/or customer service experience required.
