Maintenance Worker

What you will do:

• Accomplishes various levels of maintenance by maintaining buildings and various utilities systems and services.
• Repairs mechanical equipment in compliance with building and safety codes throughout the facilities of the University Health.

What we require:

• Graduation from high school/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• One year's experience in two or more building and/or mechanical crafts such as plumbing, electricity or engine mechanics is required.
• A valid Texas State driver's license "Class C" and must maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Two year's experience in two or more building crafts such as plumbing, electrical wiring or steam is preferred
