The Senior Patient Services Specialist functions as an integral team member of the Swedish Community Specialty Clinic providing support and clinical coordination of multiple patient care services. The Senior PSS exercises independence in the planning and accomplishment of a wide spectrum of clerical and administrative duties. Responsible for creating, updating and educating staff on new processes and updates to scheduling and registration.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Or Equivalent from a college or technical school
- 1 year of related experience in a healthcare setting (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.)
