About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and proactive Recruiter / Office Manager to lead daily operations and staffing efforts at our West Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, natural leader, and highly organized professional who can take ownership of the office while driving recruitment, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining a productive, professional work environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the office independently, recruiting caregivers, supporting operational and marketing needs, and representing the agency with professionalism and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Actively recruit caregivers including Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Nurses (RN/LPN).
- Post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed, Apploi, and community boards.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate hiring processes including applications, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified caregivers to meet agency staffing needs.
- Attend or organize local recruitment events and job fairs when needed.
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Support local marketing initiatives to promote agency services and increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, referral sources, and healthcare partners.
- Conduct in-person visits to community centers, clinics, and referral locations.
- Assist in executing social media and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Gather and submit marketing leads, contacts, and outreach results to leadership.
- Represent the agency at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities.
Office Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a professional office environment and represent the agency with professionalism.
- Oversee administrative tasks including file organization, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Ensure staff and caregivers follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with operational reporting when required.
Leadership & Initiative
- Take ownership of the office and manage operations independently.
- Lead by example and foster a professional, productive workplace culture.
- Identify operational and marketing improvements and implement solutions proactively.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, caregivers, and office visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, office management, healthcare staffing, home care, or marketing/outreach preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Professional demeanor with appropriate office attire required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and basic administrative systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring and outreach goals.
