Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor access control and patrol assigned areas
• Write detailed and accurate reports
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, guests, and staff

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Security License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate, residential, or hospitality environments
• Report writing and incident documentation
• De-escalation and conflict resolution
