Facilities Technician

Essential Functions

• Execute daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns
• Repair plumbing, electrical, lighting, limited HVAC, carpentry, and facility structures
• Relocate air, electrical, data drops, and equipment for production needs
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety checks
• Enforce OSHA, environmental, and corporate safety standards
• Collaborate with production teams, contractors, and vendors
• Occasionally work at elevated heights using ladders or scissor lifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and grounds maintenance
• Valid driver’s license 
• OSHA certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking software

Work Environment

• Deadline-driven, multitasking environment with fluctuating schedule and 24/7 on-call availability
• Frequent use of computers and communication tools
• Physical demands include continuous motion, standing or sitting for extended periods; stepping, balancing, bending, reaching, walking, pulling, pushing, lifting (up to 100 lbs); and other repetitive actions
• Use of industrial tools and vehicles
• PPE required (safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves)
• Exposure to varied indoor and outdoor temperatures
