Description
Student Orientation staff that provides administrative support for Orientation to the Center for Student Engagement Staff. Assist with Orientation days, day to day office needs, and provide a welcoming environment via phone, email, and in person experiences.
*This position runs from May 2026 until the end of July 2026
Qualifications
- Must be currently registered, full-time Pace undergraduate student and anticipated to be returning as a full-time undergraduate for Fall 2026
- Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA at the time of employment offer (March 2026) and at start of employment (May/June 2026) with at least 30 credits completed by the end of the Spring 2025 semester
- Maintain good judicial standing at time of employment offer (March 2026) and at start of employment (May 2026)
Available to attend all Orientation sessions and trainings
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and patient with visitors, guests, and students
- Welcoming personality
- Office experience a plus
- Ability to work on a team
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
Summary
Exact schedule to be determined with supervisor; no more than 15 hours per week
