Requirements
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field)
- Experience: Prior laboratory or phlebotomy experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Certifications: Phlebotomy certification preferred; BLS certification within 90 days of hire if required.
- Available for weekend and holiday scheduling

We are looking to fill a key position in our Laboratory as a Lab Aide. As a Lab Aide, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the hospital laboratory by performing specimen collection and processing, clerical and data entry tasks, basic waived testing, and inventory management. This role ensures accurate patient identification, timely specimen handling, and excellent customer service for patients, families, and clinical staff while complying with all hospital and regulatory standards.
