About the Role:
Join Shamrock Cleaners as a Route Driver and become an essential part of our team! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional laundry and dry cleaning services to our valued customers in Tallahassee, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up laundry on assigned routes.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups using handheld devices.
- Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in pristine condition.
- Assist in loading and unloading laundry bags and supplies.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient route planning.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous delivery or route driving experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
