Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage sales, expenses, profits, and assets while fostering a positive and safe work environment.
• Train, delegate, and monitor associates’ progress to support their personal and professional development.
• Handle customer interactions with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and loss prevention standards.

Inventory & Merchandising

• Oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory management to maintain optimal product levels.
• Support merchandise resets and ensure signage is current and attractive.
• Assist with cycle counts and manage back stock efficiently to maximize store profitability.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach associates to build a motivated and enthusiastic team.
• Lead by example and foster a collaborative, supportive store culture.
• Participate actively in management meetings and communicate opportunities for improvement.
