Sales Admin

Essential Functions:

• Managing Salesforce data.
• Maintain, create, and run multiple reports (Weekly, quarterly, yearly as well as other requested reports) as required by sales/estimating.
• Receive and enter all bidding correspondence from sales email/fax/Molin info email.
• Set up commercial and residential jobs.
• Update internal/external contacts.
• Process all change orders through salesforce.
• Process all job cancellations as needed.
• Close out projects such as lost bids, expired bids, jobs, etc.
• Backup to Receptionist includes answering phones, greeting customers, daily tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned by the V.P of Sales & Marketing and Estimating Manager.

Education and Experience:

• High school degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in administration role; or 2-year business degree.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Experience in Salesforce, EliPlan, Adobe and/or Bluebeam desired but not required.
• Ability to comprehend contracts.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player, Dependable
• Strong organizational abilities
• Time management
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• Construction background desired but not required.
• General knowledge of reading specification and general plans.

Pay & Benefits: 

• Pay for this position is estimated to range from $22-24/hr depending on the experience, certifications, and qualifications of the applicant.*
