STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and motivated individuals interested in starting a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Job OverviewAs an RBT at STEPS, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team that invests in your success.
What You'll Do-
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-building plans

Collect and document accurate session data

Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development

Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams

Deliver care that is ethical, professional, and compassionate

$20–$28/hour, based on experience and education

Qualifications-
Experience working with children with Autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges (preferred, not required)
