Job Description

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating and menu selection.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and accommodate food allergies.
• Take accurate orders and make recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive working environment.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
