About the Job:

Pool Maintenance:

Vacuum/ Clean Pool.
Clean Bathrooms.
Clean/ pick up trash around pool deck.
Maintain a water station.

Supervision/ Emergency Response:

Check in members and guests at pool gate.
Actively monitor swimmers and members in the pool.
Actively watch for signs of distress and potential hazards.
Be able to respond in emergency situations and administer aid as needed.
Being aware of changing weather and water conditions and advise patrons as necessary.
Be able to enforce pool rules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Be able to swim proficiently.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. (In person class preferred)
Good Communication Skills: Be able to efficiently communicate with guests as well as management.
