This LPN opportunity is available for up to 4-months, the starting wage is $38.43/hour for minimal experience. If available, permanent positions at our normal wage scale may be offered to exceptional nurses following successful completion of this position.

A Typical Day:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at On With Life, you become part of the journey each person served takes, making memories with them along the way. Our nurses play a key role in helping our persons served maintain the highest quality of life by providing direct and personalized care, supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants, and coordinating care with other members of the team. We are a unique rehabilitation program that cares for a variety of ages specializing in brain injury, spinal cord, and neurological conditions.
- Environment: Skilled Long-Term Care
- Location: Polk City, Iowa
- Hours: 6:00PM-6:30AM or 6:00AM-6:30PM (3 shifts/week) rotating holidays & every 3rd weekend required
- Nurses 1:10 ratio all shifts, CNAS 1:5 Days & 1:10 nights
OR
- Environment: Post-Acute Care
- Location: Ankeny, Iowa
- Part-Time Schedule; Hours: 6:00PM-6:30AM (2 shifts/wk)
