Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational health therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities.
• Collaborate with medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide holistic care.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for improving function and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Health Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
