What You’ll Do:
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in an assisted living setting and locally in the community.
- Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
- Focus on fall prevention, mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with facility staff and care teams.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients.

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:
