Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team for a full-time, school-based role in the Fort Worth area for the upcoming school year.

About the Role

In this position, you'll work within a school setting to support students with a variety of communication needs. You'll play a key role in helping students access their education and build critical life skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows looking for strong support and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active Texas SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services aligned with student IEPs and goals
  • Conduct assessments and complete evaluation reports
  • Track and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Support students across areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
