WeedX Fertilizing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician to join our team part-time.

Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time technician with 5+ years of experience in lawn care and pest control applications. This role includes treating residential and commercial properties with a focus on results, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Apply liquid and granular fertilizers for turf health
- Perform weed control applications (pre/post-emergent)
- Provide tree & shrub care treatments
- Conduct perimeter pest control applications
- Perform mosquito and tick control services
- Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate service records
- Ensure safe handling and application of all products
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Requirements
- ✅ Valid Pesticide Applicator License (PA) – REQUIRED
- ✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in lawn fertilization & pest control
- ✅ Strong knowledge of turf, weeds, insects, and treatment methods
- ✅ Ability to operate spray equipment and maintain it properly
- ✅ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently
- ✅ Strong attention to detail and professionalism
