We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Restaurant365. In this pivotal role, you'll be on the front lines, managing the full sales cycle for high-volume inbound leads from restaurants and driving revenue by closing low-unit opportunities. If you are a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Your success will directly contribute to our company's growth and market presence by helping restaurant operators streamline their business with our industry-leading software.
How you'll add value:
What you'll need to be successful in this role:

1-2+ years’ inside sales experience.

Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred
-
Open to constructive honesty and constant development.

Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days

Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches.

Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry

Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team

Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success

Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.
