Position SummaryAs an Equipment, Food & Beverage Assembler, you play a key role in supporting our inflight service operations. You’ll prepare, assemble, and organize catering equipment, food items, and beverage components to meet airline specifications and ensure every flight is ready for takeoff with accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and prepare equipment such as trays, carts, service items, and galley components according to airline and company specifications.
- Organize and set up food and beverage items—including snacks, packaged goods, beverages, and condiments—for accurate flight provisioning.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met by following all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
- Label, sort, and inventory items to ensure each flight’s requirements are met with precision.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily production goals and maintain smooth workflow.
- Inspect equipment and supplies for cleanliness, accuracy, and functionality before release to operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Previous experience in food service, assembly, warehouse operations, or similar environments is helpful but not required—training provided!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for the duration of your shift (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Willingness to work in temperature‑controlled environments and follow all food safety standards.
