This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three on-site days per week and allowing two days of remote work.
Summary:
The Administrative Specialist III role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the assigned department and administrative operations for more than one executive while working closely with management and departmental staff, preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; making travel arrangements; managing schedules and calendars, administering budgets, and performs other similar activities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Four years of experience in an administrative support role required.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
