We have 2 outlets- Max's Lakeside featuring an Italian inspired pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches as well as our Swing Bar where we will offer a full outdoor bar experience. We will be open 7 days a week during season for both lunch and dinner.

Job Duties:
- Prepare breads or doughs
- Prep all ingredients for our scratch kitchen
- Properly store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas
- Equipped with proper uniform and hygiene standards
- Able to manage multiple simultaneous processes - Dough making, ingredient preparation to cooking pizza in coal oven
- Maintain food, beverage, or equipment inventories
- Prepare both cold and hot foods for service
- Coordinate timing of food production activities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
