Delivery and Events Coordinator

A Events and Delivery Driver takes our experience to the guest: you are the face of the restaurant outside the walls! You will be a member of a cohesive crew that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Understand our Servant-minded culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Customer Relations: You will become the lead and face of the Deliveries and Events. You will need to have the skill of salesmanship and hospitality. You will make door to door sales pitches and well as draft email campaigns.
• Estimates and Quotes: You will be responsible for generating estimates and quotes and well as converting those into invoices. You must have the skills to draft ideas and options for clients.
• Picking up and delivering food: Collecting food from the restaurant and delivering it to the customer's location 
• Maintaining a Calendar and Schedule of events
• Taking payment: Accepting payment for the food, either by cash or card 
• Communicating with customers: Answering customer questions, providing information about promotions, and building relationships with customers 
• Driving safely: Following traffic laws and driving safely in all weather conditions 
• Managing multiple orders: Handling multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at once 
• Maintaining a delivery log: Keeping a detailed log of deliveries 
• Knowing the delivery area: Being familiar with the delivery area and being able to read maps 
• Helping prepare food
• Cleaning: Truck, Warmers, certain areas of the restaurant and equipment
• Organizing and Rotating food and products in storage
• Maintaining Service Records of Delivery Truck

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Perfect Driving Record
• Zero history of Drug or Alcohol abuse
• Able to lift and move with heavy loads
