Location: South Coast Gynecologic Oncology – San Diego, CA
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 8-hour shifts
Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 (depending on experience)

South Coast Gynecologic Oncology is a busy specialty clinic with an in-house infusion suite, providing in-office chemotherapy and comprehensive gynecologic oncology care. We are seeking a qualified Patient Services Representative to join our front office team.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering multi-line phones and directing calls
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with referrals/authorizations
- Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays and balances
- Maintaining accurate patient records in EPIC
- Scanning, documentation, and general front office support
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Experience with EPIC Systems preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in experience, Referral & Authorization
- Proficient in Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
