What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents with improving daily living skills, strength, and functional independence

• Implement individualized care plans and track patient progress

• Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PCC

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A positive, patient-focused approach
