• Prepare complete dishes from scratch across a variety of cuisines
• Assemble and plate meals with precision and consistency
• Follow customer specifications, recipes, and safety standards
• Maintain high-quality output in a production-driven environment

• Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred
• 2+ years’ experience cooking in a high‑volume or institutional kitchen preferred
• Strong knife skills and understanding of diverse cooking techniques
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for 8+ hours
• Able to lift and push 50+ lbs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP regulations

• Exposure to hot surfaces
• Possible exposure to temperature changes and production noise
