Job Summary:

Compassionate Connections Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Ocala, FL. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with basic care tasks, such as transferring, lifting, and ambulating clients

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores

• Promote independence and dignity by encouraging clients to perform tasks for themselves

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other care team members

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and achieve client goals

• Document care provided and report any changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)

• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
