Physical Therapist PRN Home Health

Location coverage is needed for South and Central Tampa AND Zephyrhills/Wesley Chapel. Will make multiple hires and divide coverage.

Selectively hiring for Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), 1099/PRN. We are an elite home health therapy team. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 
The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress.

Provides appropriate and thorough teaching to patients and their caregivers.

Participates in staff and administrative meetings.

Pay: Commensurate with PT experience, home health experience, and documentation knowledge.
