Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff

  • Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions

  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate

  • Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

  • Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills

  • Reliable transportation and valid car insurance for in-person services (if applicable)

  • Availability for afternoon and/or evening hours preferred
