Job Summary:

Rise 2 Growth, a growing mental health organization, is seeking a dedicated and licensed MSW Therapist to provide individual therapy services within a facility setting in Mount Vernon, NY. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling and strong administrative support.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff within the facility

• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with NYS guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Active NYS license (LMSW required; LCSW preferred)

• Experience in facility-based or mental health settings preferred

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
