As a Peer Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs. We're a team of licensed professionals in speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavior support, and care management, committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide peer support and mentorship to individuals, promoting independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth

• Facilitate groups and one-on-one sessions, engaging participants in meaningful discussions and activities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., social work, counseling, or peer support)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
