We have an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALL CREW LEADER AVAILABLE. If you are self-motivated, good at problem solving and good at getting people to rally with you, this may be the job for you.

Duties:
- Must be able to work independently.
- Work with and train any installer apprentice that is assigned to you.
- Install different kinds of HVAC equipment.
- Travel to the customers' homes.
- Communicate with homeowners.
- Maintain the equipment and tools that are in your truck for maximum efficiency.
- Complete any necessary paperwork.
- Communicate with Install Manager & Warehouse Coordinator
