• Partner with the PT to deliver high-quality therapy services

• Implement individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, strength, and function

• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehab journey

• Document treatments accurately and maintain regulatory compliance

• Help keep the therapy gym positive, energetic, and engaging

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• A positive attitude and team-player mindset

• Passion for helping residents in a SNF/LTC setting
