We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate LVN to join our team.
Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) needed to work addictive behavioral health PRN shifts for Inpatient and Outpatient treatment.

Pay Range: $32 per hour

Requirements for submission needed:

Must have valid photo ID.
Must provide nursing license.
Must provide current CPR card (American Heart- In Person Only.)
Must have a current resume.

Must provide or be willing to obtain:

Physical with in the last year.
TB documentation.

Credential required:

Current LVN licensure.
1 year LVN working experience.
(Must be recent exp in the last 3 years).
BLS certification

Medical specialties:

Preferred: Behavioral Health/ Addictive Health

Responsibilities include:

Administer direct care to patients/residents.
Supervise nurse aides and medication aides.
Patient and Family Education
Give and receive shift reports
Assist with Nurse aide duties and medication administration when needed.
