DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
• Recruits, interviews, and hires team members to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Oversees training and provides continuous positive feedback for team members
• Creates weekly work schedules and manages scheduling conflicts for all team members
• Manages and delegates daily functions of the café including product prep, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
• Manages ordering and inventory for all products
• Monitors sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance
• Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty
• Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities through the use of a preventative maintenance program
• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all cleanliness and appearance standards
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
