Job Summary

This teammate is responsible for establishing and maintaining great customer relations and accurately completing automotive services. The great part of this position is that it provides a smooth transition for entry level automotive technicians who also enjoy the customer service and sales portion of the business.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited too:

Filling in staffing voids, as directed by customer flow, and assisting in oil change process.
Presenting all promotional materials to customers and completing services sold.
Performing preventive maintenance fluid services on vehicles.
Keeping a clean environment and maintaining your work area.

Requirements:

Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
Automotive experience helpful
Cheerful and friendly communication skills
Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills
Clean and neat appearance
