Family Care Physician - Full-time

JOB SUMMARY
The physician provides clinical care in outpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• MD/DO degree required

Experience/Physical Requirements:
Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
• WV Medical License (MD or DO) Required

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive clinical care in the outpatient setting. Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Hospital service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
