Pocket Frame Assembly - Full-time

 

Role Description: 
This position is responsible for the production of pocket frames as
needed to satisfy customer requests or to replenish stocking levels at a
location. 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for high level of customer service to both
  internal and external customers

• Responsible for producing specified parts in order to
  create assembled pocket frames as needed

• Manufacture at a high level of quality, according to
  consistent product specs, and with a minimum of damage or waste to inventory

• Manufacture according to determined production schedule,
  with high degree of safety and efficiency

• Manufacture products as directed by Production
  Supervisor, or as instructed by work order request, in a timely manner as
  needed for overall schedule requirements

• Help to maintain cleanliness and organization of production
  facility and inventory areas

• Wear all required PPE, adhere to company safety
  policies, help to maintain the safest work environment possible

• Any other tasks as assigned by management

   

   

  Skills Needed:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to communicate with Production Supervisor

• Ability to produce to a consistent, correct standard
  of manufacturing, using various saws, nail guns, and other misc. woodworking
  tools and equipment

• Regularly required to walk, use hands to finger,
  handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and to talk or hear.  Often required to sit, stand, climb or
  balance, and occasionally to stoop, kneel, or crouch.  

• Regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds,
  occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds. 
  

• Regularly required to see clearly with close vision,
  distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
  focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
