Car Wash Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support operations across multiple locations; we have locations within Arlington, Grand Prairie, Dallas, and Balch Springs. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.  

Hourly Based Rate: $18

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash
- Travel between locations as needed
- Manage and train staff
- Create and enforce policies and procedures
- Process transactions and reconcile sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Monitor budget and expenses

Requirements:

- Prior experience at car wash 
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
