Summary

We are seeking a Driver to join our team at Hope Valley Health & Wellness in Wasilla Alaska.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinatetransportationneedswithsitedirectors and operations manager.

• Drives companyvehiclesto transport clients for admissions, appointments,activities, discharges, and other events.

• Completestransportationlog and vehiclesafetychecks.

• Ensure vehiclesarekept clean,functional,and in safe condition.

• Picksup medications and other clientneedsasapproved by program directors.

• Respondsin a timely mannerto transportation requestemails.

• Assistswith maintenance requests.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired.

• At least twoyears' experiencein maintenance or facility operationsisrequired.

• Must have andmaintaina validAlaska drivers license, clean driving record, andmaintainpersonal auto insurance coverage.

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications arerequired.

• Must havea currentTB test or chest x-ray.

• Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.

• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.

• Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills
