    • Monday - Friday 8a-5p
    • Looking for 4-5 days per week

    • Call Option available
  • Census:
    • Average # of patients per shift: 22-24
  • Support Staff:
    • CNM Collaboration
  • Procedures:
    • Endometrial Biopsy
    • IUD inserts/removals
    • Nexplanon inserts/removals
  • EMR:
    • Epic
  • Board Certification:
    • Board Certified
  • Travel:
    • Facility will cover
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • 60 days
  • Requirements:
    • Active CO license or IMLC
    • Active CO DEA or willing to transfer
    • BLS
    • 1+years' experience
