Lot Attendant lead

We are looking for someone that can work well with others to ensure maximum productivity.
Monitors work area for safety and cleanliness.
Monitors supply levels required to perform operations in most efficient manner.
Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system.
Schedules shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the
technician skill level required.
Holds all employees accountable for their actions and sets daily expectations.
Sets and communicates delivery times to the store.
All damage photographed and communicated to the store with proper vehicle information.
Prioritizes and controls all comebacks to ensure proper and prompt attention.
Ensures sold units and customer cars are completed in a timely manner.
Maintains a 48 hour turnaround for used cars and new vehicles.
Assists dealership personnel and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as
hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
