Security Team Analyst

Salary: $1,250 per week

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Security Team Analyst to join our growing security operations team. This role requires a professional who can think critically, conduct structured reconnaissance, analyze complex information, and provide actionable intelligence to support operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, methodical, and capable of identifying patterns, vulnerabilities, and risk indicators before they become threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive reconnaissance and intelligence gathering to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and exposure points.
• Analyze internal and external data sources to detect anomalies, trends, and security threats.
  
• Develop risk assessments and provide written analytical reports with clear recommendations.
• Monitor digital environments, systems, and operational landscapes for emerging threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate identified risks.
• Support incident investigations by gathering and analyzing relevant intelligence.
• Maintain documentation of findings, methodologies, and mitigation steps.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recon and analysis procedures.

• Proficiency with research tools, databases, and analytical software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in security operations, intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, law enforcement, or military intelligence.
  
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
• Certifications such as:
  • Security+
  • Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
