Job Summary:
Tim Short Chevrolet GMC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring all vehicles—both new and pre-owned—are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented in top condition for customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and wipe down interior surfaces
• Apply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors as needed
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, display, or service return
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous detailing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
