Packing Loader - 2nd shift

CDR ProSource is seeking a Packaging Associate / Packing Loader (2nd Shift) to join a manufacturing and production team in Bristol, IN. This position is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is responsible, accurate, and able to follow detailed instructions while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Pay Rate: $17 – $19 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM (currently working until 11:30 PM)
Overtime: Available during busy season (9-hour shifts and optional Saturday OT with 4–8 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Pack parts off the production line onto pallets
• Scan finished products for accurate tracking and inventory control
• Enter and manage data with strong computer competency (required)
• Ensure correct parts are assigned to the correct customer/client
• Stack wood panels on skids according to customized client specifications
• Follow precise stacking patterns to build stable and organized pallets
• Verify labels, counts, and packaging accuracy before shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled work areas
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to team leads
• Follow all company safety and production procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications
• Packaging, production, or warehouse experience preferred (willing to train)
• Strong computer and data entry skills (required)
• Ability to use handheld scanners or basic technology (training provided)
• High attention to detail and ability to follow strict instructions
• Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
