Westaff is looking for General Helper-Fabrication in the Essex Junction, VT area for Immediate Start!

Location: Essex Junction

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am; with the chance for OT on Fridays 3:30PM 9:30PM.

Pay: $23.50/hour

As a General Helper Fabrication you will support production operations. In this handson role, youll help prepare steel components for the next stages of fabrication

Responsibilities

• Prepare steel parts for the next step in the fabrication process.
• Shake parts, peel vinyl, and assist with loading machinery.
• Support any fabrication area as needed to maintain workflow.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Essential Functions:

• Comfortable using small hand and power tools.
• Strong counting and paperwork accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of shop measurement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.
