Salesforce Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce platform end-to-end solutions
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions
• Evaluate Technology and capability requests
• Expert level of knowledge in multiple technologies or IT disciplines
• A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
• Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
• Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions.
• Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
• Work with business and IT leaders to educate users on using Salesforce.com.
• Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.
• Provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions.
• Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.

Typical Education

Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent

Relevant Experience

• 10+ years related experience
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.
• Strong expertise inLightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
• Success in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
• Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements
• Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines
• Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, prioritize and champion key initiatives
